Rossi v. Gregoire: Boxer, Conyers back Rossi!

Ok, maybe not. But it’s close enough to be a little embarassing to this week’s Governor-Elect. Consider John Conyer’s argument against Ohio’s 100,000+ plus margin of victory:

[Conyer’s] 102-page report lists such problems as unusually long lines, a shortage of voting machines in Democratic-leaning areas, confusion over provisional-ballot rules and computer problems.

The report also contends there was intimidation and misinformation, improper purging of voter-registration lists, a lack of inspection for about 93,000 ballots where no vote was cast for president, and vote totals not matching registration numbers or exit-poll data.

If those are grounds for challenging a 118,599 vote margin of victory, then the parallel problems here in Washington (bolded by me) are certainly enough to overturn Gregoire’s thousand-times smaller margin of victory, aren’t they?
